Creative Problem Solving Grounded in Context and Collaboration
It's great to meet you.
My name is Amy, and I'm a creative problem-solver at heart.
As a multi-passionate professional, my career has spanned many different focus areas, including consumer product design, adult education, and corporate sustainability consulting. I used to think of my career path as having a "before" and "after," pivoting from design to sustainability. Over time, I've come to recognize a common thread that ties it all together — I do my best work when I'm collaborating in teams to design solutions that are tailor-made for their intended audience.
I care most about making a difference, whether that's through building sustainable business strategies, creating educational resources, or creating a thoughtfully designed object that brings its user joy. Outside of my 9-5, I'm a freelance designer for a few special projects, as well as an aspiring author working on her first novel.
I'm always looking for new opportunities to bring my unique perspective and skillset where it's needed most. Read on to learn more about what I do and where I'm headed next.
